A: The following are the instructions for inserting an Animation. The same
procedure can be applied to Backgrounds, eCards, Animations and Emoticons. Click the "Animations" button from your toolbar. When the "Animations" menu window opens, click once on your selection. It will be inserted into your message body. * In order to place images on the specific location you want, please place the blinking cursor on the specific location in your email message and then insert the image that you want to use by one click on it. * Please do not attempt to drag the image from the window into the body of your message. Doing so will insert it as an attachment. |

| A: The Anti-Spam Tool may intercept some newsletters / mass mailings and place them in the bulk mail folder. Please review your bulk mail folder occasionally. If you find that some legitimate messages have been blocked, please add them to the Approved List on your Anti-Spam application. | ||
| Q: Can I see the Emails that have been blocked by the Anti-Spam Tool? | ||
| A: You may view all your Spam Emails from the Bulk mail folder in your Outlook or Outlook Express, where your Spam Emails will be automatically directed. | ||
